Counselling for Adults (ages 16 and up) as Individuals and/or Couples
What to Expect:
- Adult clients determine the issues to be worked on in counselling.
- In couple's counselling, both participants will share their perspectives of the problems that bring them for counselling.
- Clients may be given practice exercise to complete after each session.
- All rules for confidentiality apply.
