Social Work Consulting with Jackie Shank, MACP, RSW

Jackie Shank is a registered social worker with a master’s degree in counselling psychology and more than 25 years of counselling experience. For 15 years, she has built and managed a private practice that provides counselling, education, supervision, treatment groups, and community support, giving her practical insight into business operations and staff leadership.

 

Jackie also brings more than a decade of experience with Children Services and the Family Court system. As a Children Services supervisor, she led employee development seminars, organizational change projects, and conflict-resolution initiatives.

 

Her community involvement includes board service, policy and procedure development, funding oversight, and the creation of mission and vision statements. She has also represented workplace programs as a contractor and presented to community and organizational audiences.
